Camp Savuti is located along the Savuti Channel in the heart of Chobe National Park, one of Botswana’s most iconic wilderness areas. The camp sits near the dry marshlands, offering a remote and serene setting. While tucked away in the wilderness, it remains accessible by road or light aircraft, making it a convenient base for exploring the Chobe region.

Camp Savuti overlooks the dense Savuti marsh, with all five Meru-style tented rooms featuring elevated balconies that make the most of the breathtaking views. The large, spacious tents are positioned for maximum privacy and exclusivity, offering guests a sense of seclusion in the heart of the African bush. For the adventurous, outdoor showers allow you to refresh while surrounded by the tranquillity of the wild. Each room combines comfort with a close-to-nature experience, creating the perfect base for an authentic safari stay.

Chobe National Park features diverse habitats from sandy Kalahari shrubs to floodplains, swamps, woodlands, and the Chobe River. Known as the “land of giants,” it hosts one of the world’s largest elephant populations, alongside abundant lions and buffalo.

The mysterious Savuti channel adds to the park’s reputation as a prime wildlife destination. Visitors can spot elephants, buffalo, zebra, predators, and rare species like sable, brown hyena, and African wild dog.
